• Sisterlocks is NOT a cult. It is a natural hair maintenance system enjoyed by those who want to embrace their natural hair - not alter or hide it. Oftentimes these like minded individuals gather and commune together to celebrate their common interests. 

• Sisterlocks DOES NOT involve tying knots, adding extensions or applying glue. Consultants are trained in proper techniques eliminating the need for tricks, shortcuts, etc.. 

• Sisterlocks home maintenance DOES NOT include Suave, baby shampoo, Shea Butter, bees wax, olive oil, mayonnaise, eggs or any product other than the Sisterlocks Starter products. These products are specially formulated to address the needs and maintain the integrity of Sisterlocks. 

• Sisterlocks DOES NOT involve a latch hook, bobby pin, paper clip, safety pin or any other "tool" besides the official, patented Sisterlocks tools.
